These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the website uniqtech.dev, the software products we publish, and any related pages or tools operated by UniqTech CO., LTD. ("UniqTech", "we", "us") — together, the "Service".

By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

UniqTech is a software company registered in Vietnam. We build custom web, mobile, and game software for clients, and we publish our own products, including UniqRouter, UniqTunnel, and UniqDDNS. The website presents this work and lets you contact us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully or to break another party's rights; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our infrastructure without our written permission; interfere with or overload the Service, including by automated scraping that degrades it; upload malicious code; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

4. Enquiries, estimates, and engagements

Information on the website, including any estimate, timeline, or indicative price produced by our forms, is provided for general guidance and is not a binding offer. Any project we carry out for you is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which sets out scope, fees, delivery, warranties, and ownership. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement prevails for that engagement.

5. Accounts

Some parts of the Service require an account, which we issue to our staff and, where agreed, to clients. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly at contact@uniqtech.dev if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being misused.

6. Content you submit

You keep ownership of what you send us, such as an enquiry, a brief, or a CV. You grant us permission to store and use it for the purpose you sent it for — to answer you, to prepare a proposal, or to assess an application. You confirm you have the right to send it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. Please do not send confidential material before we have a confidentiality agreement in place.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its text, design, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by UniqTech or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. The names UniqTech, UniqRouter, UniqTunnel, and UniqDDNS, and our logos, may not be used without our prior written permission. Our open-source components remain governed by their own licences.

8. Third-party services and links

The Service uses third-party services, including Google services such as Google Analytics, the Google Ads API, and the Google Search Console API. Your use of a connected Google account is also subject to Google's own terms and policies, and our handling of any data received through Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy, including our adherence to the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements. The website may link to sites we do not control; we are not responsible for their content or practices, and these Terms do not apply to them.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, published at https://uniqtech.dev/privacy-policy, explains what we collect and why, and forms part of these Terms.

10. Availability and changes to the Service

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and we may need to take it offline for maintenance. Where a paid engagement is affected, the terms of that engagement govern.

11. Disclaimer

Except where a signed agreement says otherwise, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Content on the website, including articles, is general information and is not professional advice for your specific situation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UniqTech and its directors, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify UniqTech against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of a third party's rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Service, without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we must do so for legal or security reasons. The sections that by their nature should survive termination — intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law — continue to apply.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date above and publish the revised version on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
